The currency pair developed the uptrend last week as it stays above the ascending trend line. Eurozone’s PMI data was mixed but this fact does not interfere the development of the uptrend. As for the US data, Retail sales were far better than forecasted.

We expect the currency pair to test 1.2144 this week. If EUR/USD breaks this level out, it can accelerate its growth towards 1.2438.
